Automatic labeling system for fabric lays. The labeling operation is carried out independently from the cutting and the spreading machines, in order to optimize downtimes between these two work-steps, saving time and increasing the efficiency of the entire system. The wireless technology allows to directly interface the labeling machine to the CAD system by fully compatibility with HPGL, HPGL2 and ISO files.
The labeling of the lays drastically reduce the consumption of paper and ink, guarantying a fast return of the investment. We are dealing with a high ecological profile system, since it reduces the consumption of paper to the bare minimum and it avoids refill as the cartridges require an appropriate disposal.
The stickers, of different dimensions according to the customer needs, are thermal-print, placed at the center of the piece, in order to make the necessary information immediately visible. Possibility to print different lines in different fonts including bar code.
