It is fast, unstoppable, user friendly and fully digitally controlled. The vacuum controlled by digital inverter allows to drastically reduce the power consumption as well as the best flexibility in cutting any thickness of lay, from single ply to 9 cm compressed, with any kind of material, from the elastic to the very hard one. It has been designed with an automatic conveyor loading
and unloading system, that allows non stop cutting of any lay length, by optimising the productivity as well as reducing space requirement and manpower.
The highest flexibility is guaranteed by using digital technology at any level, which also enables the set up of parameters for main functions and the creation of working profiles for specific material types or lay characteristics. Available in version standard 4500 rpm or HM 6000 rpm specific for hard and difficult materials.

Continuous cutting, zero buffer, speed and maximum precision make the Next 2 Δ 30 extremely productive, reducing manpower and operating costs.
